A Sonnet on This Moment

In a prison that seems so vast,
Trapped in a state of worry.
Held by the chains of the past,
Sans hope is the mind that is blurry.

Endlessly dreaming of the future,
Why subject ourselves to this torment?
To put an end to this torture,
All we need is to be in the present.

Simply be nowhere else than here,
And be no time else than now.
Hitherto hidden hints do appear,
Leaving us speechless and how!

Nothing in this world is more potent,
Than living fully in this very moment. :)
